Oct. 1 Art Walks – The first Friday of every month June – October, many local businesses will stay open later and provide a variety of activities for art lovers. The Art Center/Old Forge will offer reduced admissions fees, as well as beverages and hors d’oeuvres.
<Oct. 2 – 3 Gun Show and Adirondack Expo-New Eastcoast Arms Collectors Associates presents their third gun show at the George T Hiltebrant Rec. Center on North Street in Old Forge, NY. This show will have new, collectible, antique and investment firearms, swords and knives. There will be 160 8 ft. tables available for exhibitors at $65 each with discounts for NEACA members. Food will be available and be presented by local organizations. Daily admission is $7.00, $6.00 for seniors over 60 with children under 14 free with an adult. Open to the public on Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 9-3. The public is urged to participate by bringing items to sell to or trade with the exhibitors.
